At Kindgenix, our core purpose is to create greater access to education, opportunity and employment, while addressing the barriers that prevent people from participating fully in the economy. Vision
Our vision is to make My-Job Africa’s most trusted AI-powered recruitment platform—a digital employment ecosystem where organisations hire with greater speed, intelligence and consistency, while candidates receive the guidance and opportunities they need to compete. Over the next three to five years, we aim to build a strong South African customer base, expand into selected African markets and establish My-Job as a recognised AWS-aligned HR technology solution. We will continue strengthening our Talent Engine, deepen integrations for verification and workforce data, and expand our AI Avatar interviews, assessments and candidate-readiness capabilities. We will measure growth not only through subscriptions, enterprise clients and market expansion, but also through better-quality talent matches, broader access to employment opportunities and jobs created within Kindgenix and our wider client ecosystem. Our long-term purpose is to use locally relevant, human-centred AI to make Africa’s employment systems more inclusive, efficient and scalable.
